Dear reader,
It’s about time for an April update. Maybe you have noticed fewer newsletters coming in. This doesn’t mean we’re not making progress, it’s just more goodness consolidated in a larger email ;-)
In this newsletter we have:- General news
- Short news
- hybrix in the news
- Tech update
In the midst of the corona pandemic, we are currently working from home. Although this doesn’t make things easier, we are still giving our best for the project!
In this newsletter, we have a lot of smaller and bigger things to share. Read up on exchange listings, tech updates and about Andreas Antonopoulos being 'sued' by us!
If you wish to receive to hear more often from us, consider joining the hybrix Announcement channel on Telegram: https://t.me/hybrix_io

Exchange listing
We’ve been working for a long time on a listing of the HY token on an exchange. We can’t tell which ones we’re talking with right now, but we are in an advanced stage of our negotiations and have an MOU with one party! This means that a listing of the token is definitely going through.
If you want to be the first to hear about whom we’re listing with, join the telegram announcement channel, or follow us on Twitter.

Corona pandemic
As the Covid-19 pandemic is roaring around the world, there have been measures for us as well. As soon as the Dutch government made guidelines, we decided to work remotely and practice social distancing. We hope everyone reading this is safe, and we wish you strength in these trying times!

Executive summary, white paper and tokenomics
We have created one central place on the website on which you can read papers that explain what we're building and doing.
Right now, the executive summary is live for everyone! The whitepaper and tokenomics plan will be published there as well. | New Telegram channel
The hybrix project is already in action for more than a year. With the new token, we thought it was time for a new Telegram channel, to give the hybrix community a place to share their thoughts.
We would love it if you came over and said Hi (or hy)!
| In the same light, we thought it was time for a new ANN thread on Bitcointalk.
| Bounty Campaign We are soon starting a bounty campaign to ramp up the exposure of hybrix as we’re nearing the listing date. If you want to be involved in the promotion campaign, or want more information, keep an eye out on the ANN thread on Bitcointalk or email sander@hybrix.io. | - Angel investment round is still open!
If you are interested or know someone interested, let us know on Telegram, Riot or email!
- HY Token Launch Party
On 20.02.2020, we had a ceremonial opening of the token promotion campaign. It was a great evening with the community, and we had a lot of fun chatting with everyone and listening to the talks.
- PR Partnerships
We started partnerships with PR companies. We expect this will increase the visibility of the project and will help to put our message out there, promoting Freedom of Transaction!
| hybrix is fighting for freedom of transactions
Computable featured an interview with Joachim. Computable is one of the most popular IT magazines of the Netherlands. The article is an interview, published in Dutch and available here:
| Andreas Antonopoulos sued for plagiarism for "Internet of Money"
We sued Andreas Antonopoulos!! Well, not really... we love the guy. There is a spoof article in which Andreas Antonopoulos is ‘sued’ by us, for the contents of his book “Internet of Money”. The article claims that we are the only ones who should be chasing Freedom on the Internet. The bit was published in several places:We love what Andreas Antonopoulos does, and so we put out a sarcasm article which was meant to herald his achievements for the community in an ironic way. | Summary of hybrix tech updatesHere’s a very short and consolidated overview of some highlights of our tech updates of the previous months:- We’ve upgraded the node scheduler, which should improve the performance of the wallet
- We’re continuously improving the user experience of the wallet, with things like messages, bug fixes and transaction problems
- Readme in public dev repo's updated
- NPM download options and documentation added
- Migrated wallets to cluster
